ICMYT - two weeks later

Okay, I have lost about 3 1/2 pounds since starting this program. I have not been able to sit still long enough to watch parts 3 and 4. I do the tapping but I noticed I don't need it very often. And I have started on a light exercise program. I am definitely eating less, eating much more consciously and really enjoying and savoring foods I choose to eat.
