Here we are... there we went...

Blogging is sometimes truly forgotten.

Sorry about that..

Blasted chicken...
1 whole chicken - cleaned up and washed, left wet.
Seasons of choice -- lemon pepper or garlic powder or onion powder, or season salt.. or cinnamon.. you get the idea...

place bird in a roaster, dust with season of choice, add enough water to cover bottom of roasting pan, leave uncovered... bake 450 for about an hour or longer -- make sure juices run clear. take out of oven and let rest. skin will be dark and crispy. cut up and enjoy.
